Welcome to NV Energy!

We know you’re very busy getting settled in your new job, with lots of things to learn and do. One of these very important tasks is enrolling in your NV Energy benefits. All you need to do is take a few minutes to:

  • Learn about your benefits by reviewing the content on this site and the benefits materials provided to you at orientation.
  • Think about your needs. How much coverage do you need? Are you expecting large medical expenses (for example, a baby or surgery) next year?
  • Enroll online within 31 days of your date of hire.
  • Gather dependent verification documentation including, but not limited to, birth certificates, marriage certificate and each dependent’s social security card.

Enrolling Online Is Quick and Easy

My Benefits is the fast and convenient way for you to enroll. Before you begin, be sure to have names, birth dates and Social Security numbers for all eligible dependents you plan to enroll and for your life insurance beneficiaries.

How to Enroll

Step 1: To start your enrollment you must first log into the NV Energy network. (Note: You must be within the firewall/within our network to login and gain access.) Then access ERP from the myNVE home page by clicking on Favorites as shown below.

Step 2: Log into PeopleSoft ERP using your NV Energy ID and password.

Step 3: Locate “System Announcements” in the top right corner of the page. Click the first “click here” link and follow the instructions to clear the cache. After clearing the cache, click the second “click here” link to access the enrollment process.

From the Employee Self Service page, click anywhere on the “Open Enrollment” tile. Note: If the “Employee Self Service” page does not appear, click the dropdown as shown below and select “Employee Self Service”.

Call the NV Energy Benefits Department at 888-643-4338. You will be connected to a benefits representative who will assist you with the enrollment process. You can also email your questions to benefits@nvenergy.com.

You Must Enroll Within 31 Days of Your Date of Hire

If you don’t enroll:

  • You won’t have any medical, pharmacy, dental or vision coverage.
  • You can’t participate in the flexible spending accounts.
  • You won’t be able to enroll in benefits until the next Annual Enrollment, unless you have a qualified life event or family status change. (For example, you get married, get divorced or have a baby.)
