Welcome to NV Energy’s 2024 Annual Enrollment

Annual Enrollment runs from October 16th through October 27th, 2023.

Make the right 2024 medical, pharmacy, dental and vision plan choices for you and your family. Depending on your situation, the answer may be different from 2023.

Because things change, it’s a good idea to review your benefits elections each year to make sure they’re still a good fit for your personal situation. To do so, access the system and follow the prompts. If you don’t make any changes, your current coverage will remain in effect at 2024 rates -- with the exception of contributions to your HSA and FSA spending accounts as well as Hyatt Legal and the Hospital Imdemnity plan .

It is highly encouraged to REVIEW your enrollments, covered dependents and beneficiaries for the following plans:

• Medical, Dental and Vision
• Supplemental Life, Spouse Life and Child Life
• Supplemental Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)

You must RE-ENROLL this year if you choose to participate in any of the following plans:

• Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
• Health Savings Account – Employee Contributions
• Voluntary Hospitalization
• Metlife Legal Plans

By enrolling, you get the following advantages:

• If you’re currently enrolled in the Health Savings Account (HSA) Plan, you get the option to continue making HSA employee contributions during 2024.
• You save on taxes by participating in a Health Care or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account.
• If you’re a non-represented employee, you can decide if the Copay Medical plan or the Health Savings Account (HSA) Medical plan is right for you and your family.
• If you’re a non-represented employee, you get the option to participate in the Metlife Legal Plan and the Hospital Indemnity Plan.

How to Enroll

Step 1: To start your enrollment you must first log into the NV Energy network. (Note: You must be within the firewall/within our network to login and gain access.) Then access ERP from the myNVE home page by clicking on Favorites as shown below.

Step 2: Log into PeopleSoft ERP using your NV Energy ID and password.

Step 3: Locate “System Announcements” in the top right corner of the page. Click the first “click here” link and follow the instructions to clear the cache. After clearing the cache, click the second “click here” link to access the enrollment process.

From the Employee Self Service page, click anywhere on the “Open Enrollment” tile. Note: If the “Employee Self Service” page does not appear, click the dropdown as shown below and select “Employee Self Service”.
